CONCEPTUAL BASES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF BANKS

Abstract
In the context of a comprehensive crisis that also affects the financial sector of the country, a major issue is the financial security of the country’s banking system. In this aspect, there is a direct relationship between the financial and economic security of the state and the financial and economic security of the banking system, as the latter is an integral part of the country’s financial and economic security. That is, if the level of financial and economic security of the banking system will increase, this is a significant ground for the growth of financial and economic security of the country. However, unfortunately, the current state of the banking system does not positively affect the level of financial and economic security of the country. Therefore, there is a problem in an adequate assessment of the real state of the banking sector and the development of measures to increase the level of financial security of banking institutions and the banking system as a whole. To develop a policy of financial and economic security management, the bank initially targets and objectives, defines principles and functions of their provision, that is, a certain strategy is being developed. On the basis of the analysis of the main elements of the system: subjects, objects, risks and threats, a mechanism for managing financial and economic security is developed, and feedback is carried out: when the mechanism of financial and economic security controls the elements of the system.
