Concerning the protection of labor rights by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problematic issues focus- es on the protection of labor rights by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, in particular, on finding out whether the institution of the constitutional complaint will lead to positive changes in the field of judicial protection of labor rights, whether adequate access to constitutional justice will be ensured. In order to ensure more effective protection of labor rights by the appealing of an employ- ee to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with a consti- tutional complaint, the author proposes amendments and additions to the Law of Ukraine “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”.
