Conditions for forming the aesthetic culture of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and Literature in the process of professional training

Abstract

The article outlines and details of the organizational-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical and didactic conditions for the formation of the aesthetic culture of the future teachers majoring in the Ukrainian language and Literature in the process of professional training. We emphasize the promotion of aesthetic culture in higher educational institutions and the study of Literature disciplines, taking into account the aesthetic component of educational material, as one of the organizational and pedagogical conditions. We consider the updating of the content, forms, methods of professional training in close connection with the aesthetic environment of an educational institution alongside with the determination of the ways of students’ self-realization. Psychological and pedagogical conditions are considered as external and internal factors aimed at personal growth of the future teachers specialized in the Ukrainian language and Literature as well as the creation of positive motivational guidelines and obligatory encouragement of the aesthetic activity results. The gradual complication of the methods and activity devices both contributes to the development of professional knowledge, skills and abilities and raises the students’ aesthetic culture to a higher level. The determination of the didactic conditions takes place in an organic way, taking into account the specificity of future professional activities of the future teachers specialized in the Ukrainian language and Literature. The didactic conditions facilitate the acquisition of a solid versatile education and practical skills in higher education institutions through self-realization. The study of literary works and the mastering of esthetic categories while interpreting them are emphasized.
