CONSENT OF THE ADOPTER AND ADOPTER: UKRAINIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article addressed the issue consent to the adoption, which is important phenom- enon that needs legal basis since the adoption aims to provide a normal family life and education of children who lost their parents. The study examined issues related to conflict of laws issues when providing consent for adoption under the laws of different countries.
