Consideration of public appeals by executive authorities and local government authorities of Mykolaiv region

Abstract
The article analyzes the process of admission and concideration of citizens’ appeals by the bodies of executive power and local self-government of Mykolaiv ragion. The attention is focused on the system of activity of the public authorities towards the improvement of work with the citizens.
