CONSTITUTIONAL BASIS FOR LIMITING SELF-REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The article identifies actual problems of legal restrictions on self-regulation of economic activity. Types of legal restrictions, a list of principles for limiting self-regulation of economic activity are given. The author proposed to supplement the Economic Code of Ukraine: Chapter 2-1 "Basic principles of self-regulation and forms of participation of self-regulatory organizations in the field of economic activity", Article 21 "Association of Entrepreneurs" part 3-1 on the possibility of creating self-regulating organizations by business entities.
