CONSTITUTIONAL IMPROVEMENT OF ANTHROPOCENTRISM IN THE STATE AUTHORITY: THEORETICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical coverage of the constitutional embodiment of anthropocentrism in state power. The main content of the study is presented through the prism of division into a human factor of the subject of power and its normative regulation. The human factor is determined by the notions of knowledge, skills, abilities, moral and psychological, emotional and physiological status and freedom category. Normative regulation is determined by the status, guarantees, rights, duties, discretionary powers, prohibitions, restrictions, constitutional capacity and collective anthropocentrism.
