Abstract
The article researched the subject of the contract about providing the real estate services, defines the nature of actions that makes up the real estate services, analyzed the approaches to classification of the real estate services, offered to determine the subject of the contract about providing the real estate services as a set of factual action that promote in the conclusion of a future agreement concerning the real estate.
