Consumers’ Criticism on the Internet

Abstract
The subject matter of this paper are the changes in the relations between a company and a consumer which are caused by the development and expansion of the Internet. The Internet takes the possibility of relatively cheap and rapid communication and common purposes of people from all over the world (with everyone who has access to the Internet) it also enables the Internet users to take part in consumers’ criticism on a massive scale.
