Contracting expectations in the implementation of the agreement to security control of civil aviation

Abstract
After 18.03.2013 airport operators are obliged to take over the tasks of the Border Guard to control security of persons, baggage, cargo and mail. This control should be performed in conformance with prevailing regulations in civil aviation security, internal regulations of Management and based on the unwritten principles of personal culture, hygiene and social life as well . Persons performing tasks related to the protection of civil aviation should be characterized by a high level of personal culture, and the Contractor shall make every effort (by implementing the tools of motivation, training, etc.) to keep this level to constant high level.
