CREATION OF ADVISORY CENTERS FOR SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES OF LEGAL AREA AS A PEDAGOGICAL CONDITION FOR FORMING LEGAL CULTURE OF FUTURE LAWYERS

Abstract
The article scientifically substantiates one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the legal culture of future lawyers - the creation of consulting centers for the provision of additional educational services in the legal field. The factors of successful realization of this pedagogical condition are outlined: "Personnel of institution of higher education"; "Legal culture"; Parity; "Practicing lawyers"; "Improve". It was found out that the types of counseling centers at institutions of higher education, which carry out the training of students in the specialty 081 "Law", are: legal clinics; legal clinics; legal advice; public reception rooms for providing free legal assistance to low-income groups of the population; centers of legal assistance to citizens, etc. These clinics operate in two organizational and legal forms: as a structural subdivision of a higher education institution or a faculty that is subject to them; as formation at institutions of higher education or a faculty that interacts with them on the basis of a contract and can be a legal entity. The interactive methods used in the practice of consulting centers for the provision of additional educational services for students, schoolchildren, individuals and legal entities are offered. It was clarified that the creation of advisory centers for the provision of additional educational services to students, schoolchildren, individuals and legal entities ("Legal Clinic", "Legal Advice") and the active involvement of future law students in their work provides widespread forms of legal assistance, which future lawyers are taught to provide to the public: legal information; legal counseling; drafting of legal documents; legal representation; legal education. The activities of future lawyers while working in counseling centers should be based on the following principles: respect for law, justice and human dignity; the focus on the protection of human rights and freedoms; humanism; objectivity; legality; confidentiality; free legal aid; professionalism; the principle of "pro bono". It was revealed that the creation of consulting centers for providing additional educational services to the legal field for students, schoolchildren, individuals and legal entities will contribute to the development of qualitative legal clinical education in Ukraine, as well as the formation of the legal culture of future lawyers while studying at a higher law school.
