CREATIVITY AS A COMPONENT OF COMPETITIVE SPECIALIST/PEDAGOGUE TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article analyses the essence of the term «creative work» and «creativity». Creativity is seen as a potential development resource of future teachers’ carrier rivalry in the system of professional education. It was clarified, that not only the teacher of the higher establishment, who trains the student to life and professional self-realization under rapidly changing conditions, can train a competitive specialist but for this purpose the teacher himself or herself should become creative, should be prepared to think not typically and without any samples. The author has proved, that creativity is an essential part of specialist/ pedagogue competition in the system of professional education, as without this perspective the person stays off the road, off the competitive struggle.
