Credit risk of insurance companies investment portfolio in the light of Solvency II requirements

Abstract
The results of the survey about the credit risks of insurance companies investment portfolio in EU were presented in the paper. The structure of the credit risk for insurance companies that is a result of the portfolio composition has been described. The paper has presented the portfolio allocation in years 2007–2011.
