CRIME AGAINST ENVIRONMENT: ANALYTICAL ASPECTS IN THE DOMESTIC SPACE

Abstract
The article deals with the analytical aspects of crime against the environment in the domestic space. The quantitative and qualitative indicators of crime against the environment recorded by the authorities of internal affairs of Ukraine were analyzed. The structure of accounted criminal offenses against the environment according to their severity was investigated. The conclusions concerning the identified trends based on the analysis were formulated.
