CRIMINAL-LEGAL LIABILITY FOR CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES UNDER THE LAW OF SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to coverage of the essence features of foreign legislation on the criminal liability in the use of natural resources. Individual acts analyzed in the field of environmental protection abroad. The author focuses on the approximation of certain provisions of Directive 2003/80 “On the criminal law protection of the environment” in the Ukrainian legislation in the light of its further integration into the European Union.
