Cross the river by feeling the stones: an analysis of the dominant logic of Chinese entrepreneurs
Journal Title: Journal of Management and Business Administration. Central Europe - Year 2011, Vol 19, Issue 2
Abstract
The article focuses on the microeconomic aspects of the behavior of economic units and relations between them in the situation of crisis. Economic slowdown increases competition, but at the same time, it induces processes of cooperation, enabling firms to achieve collective competitive advantage. One of the best methods of cooperation are clusters, which during crisis play an important role in linking business and science, reducing information asymmetry, uncertainty and risk, as well as in increasing relational capital, trust and location attractiveness for direct investments.
