DECISIONS OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE IN THE MECHANISM OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE REGULATION

Abstract
In the article decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the mechanism of criminal procedural regulation are investigated. Influence of practice of the specified courts on process of criminal procedural right application is defined. The conclusion concerning coherence of the mechanism of criminal procedural regulation with the main element of a subject of such regulation is drawn.
