THE SYSTEM OF INFORMATION AND LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Peculiarities of development and improvement of the system of informatization expose in the sphere of education in the context of the general informatization of society, legislative support of this process. Regulatory framework that regulates the functioning of the indicated sphere was characterized. The main scientific developments of education informatization were analyzed. Problematic aspects were identified and appropriate suggestions were amended.
