DESIGN OF AUTOMATION SYSTEM BY MEANS OF MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC

Abstract
The mathematical model of the workpiece length on the casting-rolling unit is obtained by means of Visual Basic Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 – the system of object-oriented visual programming package; the combined automatic control system of hinges position on the billet on casting-rolling module is developed, and its implemetation to production at the Zaporozhye Aluminum Plant has led to an increase in casting-rolling module productivity up to 3 %.
