DESIGN OF TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEXES FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS

Abstract
The paper presents the results of research conducted in order to obtain the algorithm of long, low-rigidity shafts cold straightening process, transfer functions of control object – the straightening process, and a schematic diagram of automatic control system for straightening by bending process. The authors describe the functional diagram of a multi-input recorder, the cyclogram of control system functioning, and the geometric interpretation of the process for the material in elastic-deformable state. The test stand and the results of experimental research of the process with the use of automatic control system are described.
