DETERMINATION AND SPECIFICITIES OF LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of legal relations in the field of administrative legal proceedings. The concepts and peculiarities of such legal relationships are revealed. The structure of legal relations in the field of administrative legal proceedings is determined by disclosing the features of the subject and object of such legal relations. The peculiarities of system elements from the position of science of the administrative process are established. The elements of administrative legal proceedings are classified and the author's definition of the legal category of administrative legal relations is proposed.
