DETERMINATION OF THE LEVEL OF ACQUISITION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES TO TRADERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION SPECIALTY “AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING” IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT UNDER MENTALIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with the concepts of competence and competencies. There are identified groups of professional competences for higher education students of the specialty “Agricultural engineering”, such as: technological, constructing, designing, organizational, practical, researching. All competencies are considered according to the presented groups. It is presented the method of calculation of the initial percentage of acquisition of competences according to self-estimation of future agricultural engineers. It is considered the method of determination of percentage of acquisition of competencies by the applicants of higher education in the specialty “Agricultural engineering” after the study of general technical disciplines on the example of the course “Mechanics of Materials and Constructions”.
