DETERMINING THE ESSENCE AND COMPOSITION OF THE MOTIVATIONAL POTENTIAL OF A COMPANY

Abstract
The main approaches to determining the essence and composition of the motivational potential of the company have been considered in the article. The study aims to determine the essence, characteristics and elements of the motivational potential and to formulate the main approach to determining the level of motivational potential of a company. The methods of logic and comparative analysis, the method of generalization, problem-analytical approach have been used in the work. They allowed defining key parameters of motivational potential of a company, the possible areas of its study. The interpretation of the essence of the motivational potential of a company as generalizing dynamic characteristic of internal enterprise resources and efforts for their optimal use by realiation of motivation function has been proposed as the main result of the work. Structural decomposition of motivational potential of an enterprise has been developed by determining its components at the resource level (motivational tools, motivating management personnel, tangible and intangible resources of motivation) and at the aspect level. The Numerical assessment of potentials at each level is assumed to enable assessing the motivational potential of the entire enterprise and become the basis for developing appropriate management decisions to implement the function of motivation. The results of the work can be used as recommendations for assessing the motivational potential of an enterprise, which will help determine the strategic aspects of personnel manage-ment through a combination of capabilities and readiness of employees and management of the enterprise for mutual harmonization of goals, interests and main management methods.
