DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION COMPETENCY TEACHERS OF TECHNOLOGIES IN THE POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract

The article deals with the development of information competence of technology teachers in the system of postgraduate education. At the current stage of informatization of educational institutions for technology teachers, the use of information technology in the professional activity is characteristic. In particular, it concerns information and communication technologies and electronic educational resources developed on their basis. Professional requirements for a technology teacher include updating and developing professional knowledge and skills in the postgraduate education system. In addition, under the conditions of introduction of information and technological support of the educational process, the professional competence of the technology teacher will be expanded through the formation and development of information and communication competence in vocational and pedagogical activities, procedural-technological, communicative and creative skills and work skills in the information and communication pedagogical environment, the required amount of theoretical knowledge in the field of ICT. The modernization and intensification of the entire process of becoming a teacher of technology of professional competence, necessary in modern conditions, is carried out with the help of an integrated system of scientific and methodological support based on the formation of the theoretical foundations of the use of multimedia technologies in the system of postgraduate education and the introduction of electronic education resources and webresources, etc. The development of information competence of technology teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is a systematic and logical process of progressive changes in the personality of a teacher during training on the ability to use information and communication technologies, electronic educational resources in his professional and everyday activities. Teaching in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, during which there is a process of developing the information competence of the teacher of technology, characterized by its passage of certain levels of development, each of which reflects its ability and readiness to use the technologies of the information society, especially information and communication technologies and electronic educational resources in socially significant activities.
