DIAGNOSIS OF THE QUALITY OF THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
Structure of system of personnel management's diagnostics, which includes three subsystems: estimation of enterprise's provision of personnel and its quality, efficiency of personnel's motivation of work system; organization of work, technologies of management and management's business-processes has validated. System of indexes, which allows to rate structure and level of competence, as well as working collective's potential has proposed. Indicators of estimation of personnel's motivation of work efficiency, which characterize: level of salary at enterprise in comparison with average for branch (region) and in correlation with living-wage, as well as its corellation with results of work have defined. Estimation indexes of level of work's organization at enterprise, which characterize that part of working places, which equiped in compliance with technological, organizational an ergonomic conditions; level of automatization and implementation of electronic technologies et cetera have validated. Proposed methods provide complex diagnostics of quality of personnel management's system in compliance with their goal and main tasks.
