DIALECTICS OF UNITY AND CONTRADICTIONS IN THE CONTENTS OF “STATE MANAGEMENT” AND “STATE REGULATION” CATEGORIES

Abstract
The article exposes the results of comparative analysis of categorical contents of state management and state regulation, clarifies the content and practical directedness of state management and state regulation. It has been proved that the contents of categories of “state management” and “state regulation” are in dialectical unity and simultaneously in contradiction that stipulates their openness for further scientific research. Important perspective directions as to the problematic concerned are the essence of those connected with the viewing of state management influence objects through the prism of certain methods of state management and state regulation.
