THE DIVERSIFICATION OF DIRECTIONS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SERVICE COOPERATION ON RURAL TERRITORIES

Abstract
The article deals with the importance of cooperatives in servicing by the ensuring socio and economic development rural territories. Indicated to the main problems, in within the system, which restrain to the cooperative movement in countryside. The diversification of directions and key provisions of public administration in the development of servicing cooperation of territorial association indicated. Normative, optimizing and stabilizing factors for the formation of cooperative relation analyzed and summarized. It is proposed differentiated mechanism for public management of the development of servicing cooperation of rural territories, which represented by legal, financial, economic and organizational economic forms. The main of the directions of cooperation of public authorities in the development of servicing cooperatives in rural settlements indicated.
