DIDACTIC GAMES IN TEACHING GEOGRAPHY

Abstract
The paper deals with didactic games in geography. In particular, we present a brief theoretical analysis of the concept of didactic games from the perspective of several authors addressing this issue. Finally, we present the ideas of didactic games whose main task is not only to achieve the set educational goals but to develop the logical and strategic thinking of pupils. The aim of the paper is to wake the reader interested in this issue and to try teaching with the help of didactic games in practice.
