Abstract
In everyday life nutrtion is very important due to helth. When talking about sport, consuming vitamnis and mineralas, as well as hidratation also are very important. Except taking minerals it is very important to know how to prepare it, the quality and quantity of those taking. All this needs depend of gender, stature, weight of athlet, sport and instantly state of athlet. All this reasons showing why nutrition is become serious theme in the world. Effects of rationale food consuming is visible in evrey day life as well as in sport successes.
