Dilemmas of abusing of trust in the internal environment of public organizations

Abstract

Basing on the literature, article takes the issue of the importance of trust in the internal working environment in public organizations due to the nature of their operations. Clarifies and explains the concept of organizational trust and signals relationship of trust with organizational justice. Seperates the confidence of good and bad in relation to control activities within the organization. Indicates the characteristics of the organization based on trust in the internal environment. Shows a negative implication, the most common factors that contribute to the destruction of trust in the organization. Pays attention to the complex process for rebuilding trust.
