DISCIPLINARY DISCHARGE OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS ON THE CALCULATION OF CORRUPTION LEGAL EXECUTION

Abstract
Article is devoted complex research and the scientific analysis of the operating anticorruption legislation which regulates attraction of civil servants to a disciplinary responsibility, in the form of disciplinary dismissal, for fulfillment of corruption offenses. On the basis of the analysis of the statutory acts regulating legal relationship in the field of attraction of civil servants to legal responsibility for corruption offenses offers on current legislation improvement in this sphere are made, and also conclusions about that are reached, hundred disciplinary dismissal of the civil servant for corruption offenses has the features.
