DISCURSIVE PARTICLES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE
Journal Title: Записки з романо-германської філології - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue
Abstract
The article focuses on the study of German discursive particles in the development of digital communicative competence. The changes of the emphasis from the written speech to the formation of oral competence as the main purpose of teaching modern German as a foreign language are considered. Since our century is a century of rapid development of the media sphere, as well as digital technologies, this also directly concerns the teaching of a foreign language, first and foremost, taking into account the authenticity of speech. Authentic German speech cannot be imagined without the use of discursive particles used by native speakers both in oral communication and in communication through messengers (WhatsApp and Viber). Particles carry the bulk of pragmatic information, Discursive particles in contemporary German speech accumulate subjective-modal meanings of expressions and thus determine the use of lexical, grammatical, syntactic, and prosodic means for the explication of certain meanings and the formation of correct communication.
