DISPLAYING THE EDUCATIONAL TRENDS OF EUROPEAN AND ASIAN COUNTRIES IN MATTERS OF INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIADS IN PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS

Abstract
Review and analysis of the results of prestigious international competitions provides grounds for conclusions regarding the level and competitiveness of education in the country, state educational priorities and capacity of the scientifi c base, the demand for training. In our opinion the most interesting and informative are: 1. The list of teams and results states that each year get the largest number of top awards. 2. The presence of repetition and other laws in the lists of the countries and teams that consistently achieve the best results on IPhO and IMO. 3. Dynamics of intellectual achievements and list of countries which are the best team. 4. Ways, methods, techniques and “secrets” to achieve outstanding results. The best team results obtained at the International student competitions in physics and mathematics, allow us to draw conclusions about the educational priorities of the leading countries of the world. The priority development of science education is the basis of formation of scientifi c-technical and economic potential of the state.
