DISTRIBUTION OF RISK LOSS OR DAMAGE PROPERTY IN PROPERTY RELATIONS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the distribution of the risk of loss or damage to property in proprietary right. The conclusion is made that the risk is rightly relied on the subject of law in property relations which correlates with the absolute nature of such rights. However, the application of property rules for the risk taking is possible in case of accidental destruction or damage to property.
