FEATURES OF DELIVERY WITNESSES IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the provision of witness testimony in the civil process in Ukraine. In the course of the research, the position of initiation, preparation and fulfillment of the witness's interrogation was revealed and analyzed, and the identification of the characteristics of the witness characteristics, which affects the assessment of his testimony, was revealed. The analysis of mechanisms for involving witnesses to the civil process of Ukraine is analyzed. A review of some of the tools used to provide witness testimony used abroad.
