DISTRIBUTION OF SUBJECT OF THE JURISDICTION OF INVESTIGATORS

Abstract
The article deals with the distribution of the subject of investigation of investigators. The scientific views and normative provisions of the criminal procedural legislation concerning the distribution of the subject of investigations are analyzed. On the basis of the research carried out, the division of the subjects of the investigative bodies’ jurisdiction according to the criterion of growth of the special features is determined. The expediency of merging investigators from all departments into one unit, within which to provide specialization on types of crimes and their specific features, is indicated.
