DOCTRINE RESEARCHES OF DUTIES OF THE STATE

Abstract
Doctrine labours of ancient and medieval periods which are devoted the problem of obligations of the state are analysed in the article. It is set that an ancient doctrine grounded such obligation of the state as self-restraint of state power first. It is found out that religion in the period of dark ages influenced on forming of studies about the state and his duties, one of which is providing of spiritual welfare of society.
