Document Communication of Archive Information Users

Abstract
Introduction In the contemporary development of Ukrainian society, the retrospective communication of the past and the present was of great importance through access to archival documents, this corresponds to the thematic profile of intercultural communication. Purpose The purpose of the article is to disclose innovative mechanisms for expanding access to archival information aimed to meet the needs of archive users of document communications. Material and methods The methods of information analysis and synthesis have been used to clarify the specifics of the development of archival affairs; the comparative method has been implemented in the study of socio-communication services of the archive; methods of logical generalization and classification have been used to process the collected information; the retrospective method has allowed establishing the patterns of archival information development and to find out the needs of modern consumers. Results The article investigates the level of satisfaction of consumers' needs in archival information. The insufficiency of material resources and methodical methods of activity of the Ukrainian archive have been established. For the further successful development of archival marketing in Ukraine, there is a need to introduce new mechanisms into the work of the sector. An important step towards improving the quality of archival services is the introduction of automated information systems into work. This makes it possible to simplify the process of systematization and search of the necessary information, simplifies the process of its processing. Archival institutions of Ukraine need to carry out international cooperation and exhibition activities. This type of activity opens up new prospects for the development of communication links for the archive, attracts more users to the archives of retrospective information, opens up a large number of new social opportunities to people, retrospective communication with the past. The functions of the archives on the accumulation, preservation, accounting, distribution of archival information envisage the formation of a stable document system in archival structures. Conclusions For the effective development of archives in Ukraine, it is necessary to introduce innovative mechanisms of informational communication into the work of the sector.
