DOGMATIC METHOD OF COGNITION OF FINANCIAL LAW: TO BE OR NOT TO BE?

Abstract
In the article studies the relevance of the use of the dogmatic method of cognition of financial and legal phenomena. In the dogmatic method of research, the role of logical techniques as a tool of knowledge of financial law is especially great, since it is with their help forming definitions, exploring concepts and categories, creating concepts. The object of the study of the formal- legal method, which sets the limits of its use, is the legal form. The dogmatic method implements its axiological essence and ontological orientation with legal positivism as a type of law understanding. With the help of the dogmatic method, the internal legal processing of legal material (“dogma of law”) is carried out.
