ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ СУТНОСТІ ІННОВАЦІЙ В РОБОТАХ ПРОВІДНИХ УЧЕНИХ СВІТУ

Abstract
Rudenko R.Y. Investigating the essence of innovations in the works of leading scientists of the world. The economic development of the country depends on the effective development of each enterprise. As it is suggested, novelty is understood as an activity connected with modernizing production and other processes, and it may not be connected with the manufacturing of new goods and providing new services. The need to cognize the essence of innovation for the effective managing impact on innovation activities is emphasized in the article. In addition, different views on the term "innovation" given by foreign and national scholars are considered. The analysis of their scientific papers revealed insufficient theoretical development of innovation issues, which is confirmed by the absence of the common definition of "innovation". Modern scientists accept one of two approaches: innovation is considered as the final result of innovation activities or as a process of introducing innovations in which an invention or idea acquire economic content. The complex approach to the development, analysis, evaluation, and implementation of innovative and investment projects in agricultural production, contributes to economic safety both in the agrarian sector and at agro-industrial enterprises owing to raising the efficiency of innovations and competitiveness. The above-mentioned goals determine the priority directions of the national agrarian science and innovations in all the spheres of the national agribusiness. The term of novelty is understood as activities associated with the modernization of production and other processes, and it may not be connected with the manufacturing of new goods and providing services. Novelties enable to ensure the dynamic and efficient development of the economy, and innovations in most cases are considered as the implementation of ideas with the subsequent commercialization of the created products (goods, technologies, services, etc.). The law of unity and struggle of opposites, one of the fundamental laws of materialist dialectics, explains the tendencies of the entire innovation process. The above given theoretical background enables to understand and predict the opportunity to form the policy of the state and regions, finance the introduction of novelties and innovations. Innovation in today's economic life is a method of responding to changes in the external environment, as well as a tool for maintaining the existing markets and expanding into new ones. The development of new and improvement of the existing forms, methods, and tools for supporting innovation activities of the innovation system are a promising area for the research.
