Economic essence of the concepts of «value» and «management of values»

Abstract

The essence of the category of «value» is investigated in the article, the economic substance of the concepts of «corporate value» and «management of values» is formed. The system of values of the corporation is formed, their compliance with the purpose and plan of the corporation is investigated. The media and sources of corporate values are identified.
