EFFECTIVENESS OF SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE IN PLACES OF DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the influence of religion to the convicted people. We tried to assess the effectiveness of such an influence in practice. The statistical information and scientists’ opinions concerning the necessity of spiritual education of convicted people are analyzed.
