EGAL RIGHTS AND LEGITIMATE INTERESTS PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract
In the article the legal regulation of certain areas of information interaction of public authorities and individuals with disabilities to ensure their rights and interests. Done theoretical and legal analysis of the concept of «information space» on the basis of which concluded that space is adequate expression only in a democracy where the public authority promotes and creates the appropriate conditions for its sustainable development. The main aspects of the problems and offered some directions for improving the current legislation.
