PECULIARITIES OF A LEGAL STATUS OF INTERNATIONAL SPORTS ORGANISATIONS (INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LAW ASPECT)

Abstract
The peculiarities of a legal status of international sports organizations and the character of their activities are defined in the article. The relevant provisions of statutes of international sports organizations, which are the main source of their rights and obligations, have been analyzed. The conflict law issues concerning a jurisdictional affiliation of international sports organizations have been resolved. The scientific statements in regard of a legal personality of the sports entities have been elaborated.
