Electrostatic Charge Discharge: An Investigation on the Effects of the Electronic Manufacturing Sector and the Protective Measures Taken
Journal Title: Gazi Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Dergisi Part C: Tasarım ve Teknoloji - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 2
Abstract
Electrostatic Discharge is an issue to be alerted, which might cause fatal or economical impacts. In this article, the factors yielding Electrostatic Discharge are briefly summarized, the impacts of such phenomena on the electronics manufacturing sector is investigated, and basic information regarding the precautions against this issue (particularly the protective garments, which have recently found wider usage) are presented.
