Emotive aspect of professional competency of future pedagogue

Abstract
There exists a particular interest in the emotional pro¿ ciency of future pedagogues which could be explained by interrelation between productivity of educational process and feelings students experience in the process of perception. Due to the active introduction into the theory and practice of competency based approach study, most researchers have been actively working on the notion of «competence» and «competency». At present stage, there are numerous de¿ nitions of the term, thus in order to understand the content of professional competency and its emotional aspect we’ve focused on theoretical and practical description of its constituents. The presented article deals with the problems in modern education training of future teachers and represents their solving through formation of necessary competence. The attention has been focused on emotional aspect of pedagogic pro¿ ciency, which is based on individual mastery of future teachers to control and manipulate the emotions in the course of their professional activity. The role of emotions that inÀ uence the perception of the world, states, mood, conditions, challenges and motivation has been emphasized. There is a non-disputable impact of emotions on learning, thinking and feelings of students as a whole. The importance of the future teacher emotional competence has been proved, making it an inseparable part of professionally signi¿ cant qualities.
