Entrepreneurship from the perspective of university graduates (Case study: graduates of science and knowledge of the city of Darrehshahr)

Abstract
Entrepreneurship is considered from various aspects, one of which concerns, after the success of the psychological and personal characteristics. The present study was conducted to investigate the attitudes of university students towards entrepreneurship. The method in this research is descriptive and survey the population of the Darrehshahr of graduates of science, information and knowledge are Which uses random sampling with volume of 150 students were selected and studied. Correlation analysis showed that the variables of entrepreneurial skills, self motivated university graduates, The perception of attractiveness of entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, expectations, creativity and social norms university graduates with entrepreneurial attitude positive and significant relationship exists, But the variable extrinsic motivation and attitude college graduate entrepreneurship and this hypothesis is confirmed does not mean no pro.
