ENTRY OF SLOVAK REPUBLIC INTO THE MONETARY UNION OF THE EU: LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
In the article the author analyzed the financial and legal aspects of monetary succession, as well as aspects of the or- ganization of the EU monetary union. The analysis de lege lata, the author formulated and developed conclusions de lege ferenda concerning the legal regulation of monetary sphere in Ukraine to conduct monetary succession and accession to the EU monetary union.
