RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF A DOCTOR AND A PATIENT

Abstract
In this article we defined the rights and obligations of medical activity, such as doctor and patient. We have identified absolute and relative rights and obligations of medical activity. Said that a person can not be restricted in their rights due to deteriorating health, because human rights require legal protection.
