Estimation of mortgage value of land use of agricultural enterprises taking into account risks of lease and mortgage relations

Abstract

A methodological and methodical approach to procedures and methods for estimation of collateral value of farm land formed on the lease of land taking into account the risks of rent and mortgage relations were proposed.
